Take any chosen character posted, by myself, other posters, or yourself and tell what you think they'd be like as a serial killer: Why they are the way they are, (They could have been born as a serial killer, having such desires), their methods, their mentality, and so on.

The Sisters Of Stryfe. A pair of serial killers masquerading as insurance agents. They set up rube Goldberg style traps to kill their victims in brutal but cartoonish ways that come off as complete accidents, then turn around and sell Bernardelli Insurance to people. Yeah, those horrific completely unforeseen accidental deaths were tragic, but hey! Why not buy some life insurance? After all, you don't want to die and leave your family with nothing do you?

Rem Saverem (Trigin)

Fancies herself as an Angel of Mercy, putting people out of their misery through poisonings and 'painless' deaths if possible. Life is suffering and pain and despair but in death we can find release and eternal peace in the afterlife. All while presenting herself as the perfect motherly angelic woman to others. She is the one who sabotaged the ship because she figured dying would be more merciful to everyone than struggling to survive on some alien planet that they can't even be sure would be habitable.

While I'm personally unsure what she'd be like, but I like the idea of a bumbling serial killer, going out of her way to go to country side to kill people, somewhere where she knows she could get away with it.

Does anyone think the concept of serial killers is known in the Dragon Ball universe? Just to be clear I'm referring to the Dragon Ball continuity, not the Dragon Ball Z continuity.

I can't recall any outright serial killers in DB, but killers for hire are certainly a thing in their world as shown by Tao.

Would you consider Android 19 and 18 in Future Trunks timeline to be serial killers? There's also the matter of Cell and his saying he's the universes end, Babidi and his rampage with Fat Buu, and the other Buu's; I really wonder what old buu would do if he was around, whether he had no choice in the matter or did so of his own accord instead of going away after eating Fat Buu-- Old Buu and Super Buu aren't the same person. I wonder if Super Buu was more complicated than being a killer, the simple fact is I think he was more complicated due to how he was with Gotenks, I wish Akira Toriyama considered trying to make Super Buu a permanent character, he'd messed up/freak factor would have made things interesting. It's the same thing with Nappa, when one of the saibamen got killed, he showed he had a good side-- Why did Akira not work with this?!

As for another character known for killing I myself never considered Frieza for all he did to be a serial killer...sure he enjoyed what he did, but he had goals and affairs beyond killing for the
pleasure of it.

Android 17 and 18 in Future Trunks timeline were mass murderers, considering they tended to enter a city and kill everyone at once. And serial killers typically kill either a single person or a very small number at a time for psychological gratification with significant time between kills.

Sakura Kasugano after seeing Ryu in action became a fan, and not in the good way as she became complete obsessed of the martial artist. Stalking him everywhere he went, sniffing his dirty clothing, keeping locks of his hair and toe nails. Killing any woman or man who came close to Ryu. She even attempt to take the life of Ryu's best friend Ken because she felt he was getting in between her and ryu.

Sakura is complete out touch of reality and sees herself and Ryu as item. She will kill anyone who gets in between her and Ryu.

I'll add that after a way while they kill victims bluntly, no longer caring for the traps.
