Mexico falls under the umbrella of Latin America...

Latin America generally refers to territories in the Americas where the Spanish, Portuguese or French languages prevail: Mexico, most of Central and South America, and in the Caribbean, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Puerto Rico.

...so I went for the character, as he’s awesome.

this feel kinda derivative of the Latino appreciation https://community.cbr.com/showthread...nos-of-the-DCU
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

    currently following:
    • DC: Red Hood: The Hill
    • Marvel: TBD
    • Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

This isn’t an appreciation thread (but it can be) . It’s about characters that were born in South America. I made another one about Australian characters

it's a thread where you're compiling and "possibly" appreciating South American (i.e. Latino) characters, the same thing they're doing in the Latino appreciation thread; it's still pretty derivative.

No because while the thread you’re recommending would include Latino Americans and other nationalities, this is a geographical thread about characters born in the continent of South America. It’s not derivative because I’ve never even heard of that thread
