When did Mystique have Raze and Charlie Jr?

Like, do their births even fit in timeline wise? From what I remember, their alternate selves came from their timeline after their births to ensure they wouldn't erase their own existence but when did any of this even happen? Unless Mystique gives birth in a few months after insemination, I feel like those two don't exactly fit in any established timeline given Mystique's post-Dark Reign history.
