Questions about death Metal.

Hi guys

As Death Metal closes to it's ending, I have three questions:

1- In the previous issues, Batman stated that he was dead since the first Death Metal event and that Superman has "changed" since then too.
Does that mean that Batman was dead and that Superman had already "changed" during Doomsday Clock?

2- What are the odds of DC changing the costumes after Death metal?

3- In the last issue, it was said that by the end of Death Metal, all of the events will be connected to create one universe. Does that mean that the universes
that Dr. Manhattan saw at the end of Doomsday clock, e.g New 52 universe and the 1980's universe, will be merged again with the main DC universe?
