I was going to make a joke about Interceptor doing a run in, but I don't know of any official comics about that Shadow.

What are the Shadow's abilities in the comics? If he has his telepathy he has the edge, and can shoot Batman in the face. Without powers they'll be equally matched but I give Batman the edge.

Depends on the comics too. I own a issue of 80s revival of the Shadow in which he is a imaging super human due to exposure to tech from Shangria La.
