I was personally never a fan of teenage life-esque comics, as I don’t even think Peter Parker became more interesting until the Spider-Man comic had him leave high school and focus on his adult life more, which is why I think I ended up liking Khalid Nassour as Doctor Fate and his Middle Eastern perspective, as well as seeming more like an adult, more than Kamala Khan as Ms. Marvel. If Ms. Marvel is unrecognized, then Doctor Fate is also that many times over.
