    As I understand it, the Doomslayer come back from being killed, so unless that takes more than ten seconds, he'll just keep getting back up even if the rest of them focus fire on him from the start.

    His extra life function is if he has one, and it is triggered on the spot he lost that hp, and ready for more. No check point resplendent, on the spot revival.

    John Grimm and Joan Dark (since they don't deserve the title of Doomguy/girl) get annihilated first by the Doomslayer and Classic Doomguy. 3 Doomguy is next to be killed.

    And as mentioned above, Doomslayer is Classic Doomguy. Just him after training in an alternate dimension and getting the Doom equivalent of a supersoldier project. And that means Doomslayer wins.
