    Marvel's Nightmare takes on the following DC team in psychic combat:

    Manchester Black
    Hector Hammond
    Martian Manhunter
    Despero
    Maxima
    Captain Comet

    1. Fight in Nightmare's Realm
    2. Fight on the Astral Plane; Nightmare gets Shadow King as an ally.

    Can the team defeat the Fear Lord?

    Short answer - in Nightmare's Realm, I'm unsure they have anything to deal with the 'almost Classic Strange level of power' other than their Telepathy. I guess if they get their acts together, they might be able to mentally squoosh him before he does Something Horrible™ to them, but maybe not. The guy is rather full of mental power himself, and his magic is a pretty big deal.

    On the astral plane? Sure, why not? Nightmare isn't exactly Dormammu or anything.
