Rob Allen It seems a lot of us like cat fighting cave women.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Eh, to each their own, I guess.

Now here's a great cover, though probably not suited for this particular theme 'cause I sure wouldn't call this a "bad" touch, no siree, not bad at all...

    Sorry, I digress.

Mmmm, that is a sweet cover as well. However, I doubt you've enjoyed a fight while gnawing on a big-@$$ drumstick, like our pal Anthro is doing. That does enliven the experience considerably.

Ravin' Ray That cover with Medusa caught my eye first. Wish I had thought of it.

Congratulations to MRP! And thanks to Iron Maiden and icctrombone for the votes. Here are some other covers I thought of after Medusa:

    Human Torch/Fantastic Four/She-Hulk/Disney Big Hero 6 /G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero/Transformers G1 fanatic, Avatar-maker, and Marvel Moderator
    "一人じゃないから。" AI、『Story』。
    "ヒロ、お前を信じてる。" タダシ、『ベイマックス』。
"Knowing is half the battle." G.I. Joe.

Congratulations to MRP, and thanks to Tami and seismic-2 for the call-outs!
