Default Who is the most feared hero in the Marvel Universe?

So a few days ago I posted a thread where I asked who the most respected hero in The Marvel Universe was.

Now I am asking who is the most feared hero of the Marvel Universe. Like the one hero that thugs and super villains really dont want to mess with.

For me it would be a toss up between Punisher and Wolverine. With pretty much every hero in the Marvel Universe you know they are not going to kill you. They will beat you up and turn you over to the police. So outside a few broken bones you will be back. But with Punisher and Wolverine your chances of survival go down a good deal. I mean they are not known for letting people live. You are taking your life in your hands going up against these guys.

Wolverine is not feared as much since he became a school marm.

Ghost Rider, demon looking guy with flaming skull is up there.

Logans gotten soft in years, so I think you have to go with Punisher.

I think I'm going to go with Sentry, seeing as how he got even the Fantastic Four, Avengers, X-Men, Inhumans and SHIELD to gather when he reemerged and had them all worried.

    Sentry, ghost rider or hulk.
They're unstable with the power to back it up.

Punisher and wolverine are brutal, yes, but they're still normal and to a sufficiently powerful being they're just throwing tantrums.

    Dani Moonstar.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.

    Immortal X-Men - Once & Future- X-Cellent - X-Men: Red

    Ultron is pretty scary.
As is The Sentry...more because he’s a complete loose cannon.

    Street level-wise, definitely The Kingpin.

The most feared HERO. Even merged with Hank Pym, Ultron is still very much a villain!

To the general public, maybe the Hulk? To street level crooks, definitely Punisher. To the other heroes, yeah, Sentry's a good shout. It's a question of perspective.

That's a good point. Punisher is pretty scary to the villains, but the general public probably loves the guy.

    Hulk or Wolverine.

How powerful a character is irrelevant in this case as irrational fear is a real thing. Take me for example, I have a fear of flying on planes, yet people say it's the most safest way to travel. I'd rather take my chances armed with a machete and take on a pack of wolves than fly on a plane.

If humans hate and fear vampires, and vampires hate and fear Blade, then doesn't that make him the most fear Hero?

Question, do humans in the Marvel Universe hate and fear vampires more than they do mutants? I mean vampires for the most part look relatively normal.

I have to go with Hulk.

Hulk appearing is like having a hurricane suddenly show up. Everything is getting wrecked and you can't stop it.

Even other heroes tend to react with a "Oh crap. It's the Hulk," whenever he shows up unexpectedly on a rampage.
