HBO Max is starting to tick me off a bit. They are just raiding the other areas under the ATT umbrella. They are ravaging DC Universe and Cartoon Network for content
when they are supposed to be creating new content.

This is just sloppy, disorganized and self destructive. The HBO brand has never been like this and in the process of building a single app up they are willing to tear down their other areas. Someone needs to be fired for poor planning and execution.

This is what happens when a company like HBO, that concentrated on good programs is bought by a company like AT&T, that is only interested in using the brand to maximize profit. Quality is not a priority. The Max means max $$.

Harley Quinn animated seasons 1 and 2 will be on HBO Max on August 1st.

HBO max only has a 5% growth from launch date. Disney plus in the same time had a 50% growth. Ouch! They need to get that fight with roku and prime done and get on those services.

Yeah I will admit that 5% growth during a pandemic without the two biggest platforms isn't too bad actually. Over 4 million subscibers isn't bad at all for a month and I bet if it was compared against hulu, netflix , peacock, sling, att now, it comes out pretty okay. What's a bit more impressive is I don't think they had free trials either so their churn rate won't skyrocket to the next month.

Also saw that Titans season 3 is going to be shared similar to how Doom Patrol is shared with DC Universe. That's probably the last nail in the coffin for DC Universe for original tv content.
