Black Flash vs Sonic the Hedgehog

Hi guys

This is my first battle post here, hope you enjoy it.

In a game of cat and mouse, can Sonic the Hedgehog outrun the Black Flash?

Rules:

1- This is Archie Sonic the Hedgehog before the Genesis wave.

2- Sonic can't transform into any of his forms.

3- This is the pre new 52 version of Black Flash.

I'm not sure Archie Sonic has the speed feats to outrun Black Flash. His best thing that I recall is zipping across a continent in a few seconds and suchlike which is just not quite high enough to avoid Black Flash.

I've not read Archie comics in a billion years though so I might well be missing feats.
