By boxing rules, Thor is fast enough that Hulk will never lay a glove on him and will win on points pretty easily.

Hulk really isn't a good choice as a boxing opponent; he's not very quick, he can't thunder clap and people don't actually have to knock him out to win.

thor can hurt hulk but in this case, it doesn't really matter. like I've mentioned before on this, in a standard boxing match, anyone with any kind of super speed can just beat hulk on points.

also, unless this is devil hulk, regular hulk isn't much of a skilled fighter, at least not in the sense of a boxing match.
