I wish all the best for this title to succeed for CC's sake

That said I can easily see a lot of newer readers being turned off by the near-constant nostalgia train full of references they probably wont appreciate

To me its wonderful but yeah I know I'm not the most representative comic book reader

I have to admit it was a bit odd to say the least with Armor and Mercury being treated like total newbs needing to be introduced to the Danger Room... theyve been around for quite a while and done some stuff already

Yeah, but Marvel has been doing this across the board in their series. Re: The latest issue of Storm.

Anyway, not sure what to make of the Crimson Pirates - I'm kind of indifferent. We'll see how it plays out. But I love that cover!
