I love that Phil took the time early in his run to re-establish the importance of the dynamics between Ares and Diana like that. It had been years since Perez had first explored it and I think because Phil revisited it with such emphasis, the impact was lasting.

I'm not sure if it's been built on or picked up by later writers but I like the idea that Diana and Ares don't really lie to one another.
