Why would being in space be proof of radiation resistance? Not like he was chilling closer to the sun or something like that.

to be fair, while Goku is gluttonous, his appetite does have limits. if he's full, he's full and won't eat for a while, depending on if he's fought or not. unlike with guys like Luffy and toriko who can put down several week's worth of food in a single sitting and still be hungry.
Batman is given unlimited prep time against Goku? Well, after learning about the Dragon Balls, Bruce uses all of Waynetech or whatever to make one of those Dragon Ball radar things Bulma uses, hops over to Goku's world (Batman with the JL has traipsed around the multiverse often enough he should be able to find a way), he finds all 7 Dragon Balls summons the dragon and wishes his parents were never murdered. Having never lost his parents, Bruce is happy and never becomes Batman, and Goku wins the fight because there's no Batman to fight. I think this counts as a ring out?
So yeah, with infinite prep and knowledge of Goku, Batman wishes his parents back.
IMO, i don't think he would. bruce has a habit of put his own happiness on the back burner just to ensure someone else's happiness/safety. also, messing around with time like that in DC is never a good idea. just ask booster gold.
also, his dad is back and had a hand in alfred's murder.
edit: now that i'm thinking about it, i'm not even sure the dragon can/is allowed to do something like that since time travel in DB is a big no-no.

Radiation, at its core, is basically just damage. Its damaging. In high doses it even burns you etc.
Because it's mostly just a form of damaging energy, my personal opinion is that he shrugs it off.
Poison and disease are a bit different and I could see them working on the guy. Certain toxins for example dont truly damage you, they just trick your body into damaging itself by speeding up or slowing down certain processes and reactions.

Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Nah, that wouldn't affect Goku's Saiyan physiology. You'd need to get him gas station sushi. And not a reputable gas station like Circle K, but one of those shady, run-down gas stations where you can buy porn mags, the security camera hasn't worked in years, and the restroom is classified by the CDC as a bio-hazardous zone.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Batman simply needs to prepare Goku's two biggest weaknesses: Needles and Chi-Chi.
To be fair to your cheap fugu, he HAS drank incredibly deadly poisons before. He got over it pretty quick for "should be dead".
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!
