DBZ vs. Godzilla

1: Goku and Piccolo from the final tournament from Dragon Ball era.

2: Raditz.

3: Nappa and Saibamen (add Mothra and Rodan)

This is probably referring to Piccolo ki-nuking the entire area (from tournament arena to the city around it and more) where there's essentially nothing but wasteland for miles in an attempt to kill Goku...Who outright tanked it head on with no real injury.

Said island had an entire mountain range that was obliterated too. Roshi at 100% and Gokus Super Kamehameha at the time should be able to take out Godzilla too tbh. Then there's the destructive disc.

Reminds me that Roshi at full power and arguably rusty did blew up the moon....And it wasn't long for most of the cast to exceed past that level.

Well it should be noted that Roshis skill with ki surpassed everyone outside of the Namekians and Popo. Even when his power was surpassed he just knew more. It wasn't until Goku finished his training with Kami that his overall skill and knowledge of ki matched, if not surpassed Roshis. So Roshi still arguably had more firepower than Goku during the fight with King Piccolo despite them being stronger.

Though it should also be noted that the tri-beam was depicted as being overall more powerful than the Kamehameha, even by Roshis own admission.
