Do fictional bands/singers count? The X-Books had a few fictional musicians like Dazzler and Lila Cheney. Kitty Pryde was the fan of a fictional band called Cats Laughing.

There are also rock and roll acts that return the favor.

Note: Cats Laughing is a real band, that does indeed have a Steve(n) on drums and an Adam on guitar!

Black Canary has been a practicing musician and singer in several stories now. Black Canary volume 4 has it as an important subplot and background element, and it was also used in the YA "Black Canary - Ignite".

Roy Harper and Malcolm Duncan were in The Great Frog.

    Obviously the Scott Pilgrim franchise.

(although they started in the cartoons)

And if including real bands that then showed up in comics you've opened a whole other category...

Mike Baron did a couple of craptacular Rock influenced minis for DC a few decades ago...:

This issue of GRIMJACK, our hero goes to a dimension where standard weapons don’t work, but certain acoustics/vibrational frequencies cause major damage. The locals have adapted music to make war, not love.
Luckily, John Gaunt knows how to shred...:

The Italian comic book "Lazarus Ledd": the creator used the lyrics of the songs to emphasize the various moments of the story exactly like the Miami Vice's scriptwriters did. The music (some times written especially for a certain story) was used so often that the publisher released an official soundtrack.

The Prince comics by Dwayne McDuffie were, naturally, quite good.

Cover by Brian Bolland, interior art by Denys Cowan.

The second book, Three Chains of Gold, had art by David Williams, Steve Carr, and Deryl Skelton.

Seems like Alice Cooper has turned up at Marvel at least once.

If we are talking about fictional characters then I wrote one.
    The BLUES RATZ.
While the story reloves around many events found in life, music is still big part of it.

    Weren't they a band?
Somehow the universe aligned for this to manifest
And now apparently horror movie too?
