...or cooked and eaten by the Ewoks?

Ewoks got their fill with dead Stormtroopers. Vader's body was burned up.

Probably would have made Ewoks sick anyway.

At the risk of killing the joke: All the Jedi we've seen go into the Force (except for Qui-Gon, who only managed it partway) have physically disappeared. There was no body in the armor in ROTJ.

Ewoks remember this day as "the great feast".

Don't be silly, obviously they didn't eat him, ....

The Ewoks cook their meat alive, Vader was already dead. ....

You'd have to ask Dave Prowse's family

Some claim to see Anakin's skull in the sequel trilogy melted helmet, but I think that's just the case of the mask's distorted look, especially the right eye giving it sort of an eye socket look.

In ROS we do see hear some Jedi that didn't seem to vanish speak to Rey such as Mace, Kanan etc. although Kanan is gone rather quickly and we do never see Mace's body after he gets tossed out. Luminari Undilli though is a bit of an issue as we do see her body in Rebels. So maybe they, like Qui-Gon, did it "partway" as pointed out by Zero.

I think there's sort of a fan theory (or maybe canon?) that Qui-Gon sort of serves as sort of Jedi "Charon"/Ferryman to the Jedi "netherworld" or something like that.

As far as I'm aware the sequel trilogy Vader helmet does not have a skull in it. The only time we see Anakin's skeleton should be in ROTJ when he's getting electrocuted.

Anakin became one with the force upon death so he shouldn't even have a body to burn and so Vader's armor is burned in it's place as a symbolic gesture. As for the other Jedi, upon dying every living thing becomes one with the force. They're in there somewhere and so Rey has to connect with them through the force unless she can get a ghost and there's only four of those or at least four to even know who she is (Kenobi, Anakin, Luke, Leia) so she'd have to connect to the others.

Most of his body probably did the force fade. His metal legs, hand, and other cyber attachments were probably left in the burnt out pyre.

Kind of wonder how Kylo got the helmet. Did he just look for it on Endor, or did somebody else pick it up or sell it to him?

There was a plotline in the Aftermath books about Sith fans going around collecting old Sith and some Imperial paraphernalia like lightsabers. Kylo also seemed interested in getting his grandfather's old saber in TFA ("That weapon is mine!"). He did kind of get it, eventually..

Figured Kylo had to personally go through and wreck some Ewoks for it,
Who were probably using it in their new Xylophone set up.
Was hoping we'd get a stand alone presequel, dedicated entirely to telling that very "epic" tale, and battle.

As the moody Kylo makes his way through the Forest of Endor, as Snoke(now apparently Palpatine)'s disembodied voice urges him on, leaving behind a bloody trail of dismembered and scorched Ewoks. LOL!
