    Default Crossgen follow up

Following up on my previous topic but now expanding to all Crossgen titles. Which are the best series from their Sigilverse? As always, thank you in advance. 👍🏻

Personally I loved Sojourn and Ruse. They were the only two I could get into.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Scion - Ron Marz writing with Jim Cheung art, a techno-fantasy series
Sojourn - another Ron Marz title but with Greg Land on art, a LOTR-esque fantasy series
Meridian - Barbara Kessel with McNiven on art duties, a coming of age series with a female main character
Negation - probably the best book focusing on the Crossgen lore written by Tony Bedard and setting up Charon and his empire as the lines' big bad
Way of the Rat - a wuxia series by Chuck Dixon

man what a heart break...CrossGen was just fantastic for me. I'm probably the worst person to ask because I loved almost all of them. My favorites though were first Ruse. I'm a huge sucker for Sherlock Holmes style characters and then add this mysterious super powered person to it in the form of a damsel in "distress" and I'm all in. Sojourn played to my other love of Lord of the Rings type stories. Meridian, Crux, El Cazador, Way of the Rat, Scion...all very different in genre but all just amazing as well. OH and I can not forget Negation with it's heavy sci-fi trappings.
I think the only ones I didn't follow were Sigil, Mystic, Route 666 and the First.
