    Default favorite presidential biography?

I thought David Donald's biography of Abraham Lincoln was pretty good. I've read the first two books of Edmund Morris's Theodore Roosevelt trilogy and they were pretty good too.

Dark Horse by Kenneth D. Ackerman. It is about the nomination, election, and assignation of President James Garfield. A short lived presidency that had the potential to be great, it is a great reflection on how mess up politics has and continues to be.
