Her status in Civil War is irrelevant, most of the New Warriors were anti-registration (Speedball was pro-reg because he felt guilty over the deaths Nitro caused when fighting the Warriors at Stamford, and Nova was neutral, as he was off world) but are pro-reg this time for some reason.
And Anya wasn't really pro-reg anyway. She only registered so she could still live with her Dad instead of being put in jail - in other words, she registered under duress.

Really, the reason she wouldn't join the Champions is simply because they already have a Spider-Man, and if they were to recruit a female Spider, they'd likely go for Gwen first, who Miles has suggested previously.

Today is the 16th anniversary of the release of Amazing Fantasy #1, Anya's debut!
When will Anya reunite with her gay best friend Rikki Barnes?
Still waiting for the revival of...
The Young Allies
(Heroic Age/Modern version)

With her father dead. Where does she live now?
Unknown. Since Spider-Verse, she'd been living in Loomworld, Earth-001. But that arrangement ended with Spider-Geddon and she simply hasn't appeared since. Maybe ASM will answer that question when she appears there soon?

Roughy speaking what ls Anya age right now.
She used to have a free apartment thanks to the scholarship Sue Richards gave her, not sure what's the status of that post-War Warriors.
Well, my personal rule of thumb regarding comic books characters' age is to consider the last mention as being their actual age until stated otherwise. The last on-panel mention of her age was of 16.
Assuming writers let her grow up, she could be in the 16-18 range.
If Marvel demand it, let her keep the sleek and sexy yet very traditional Spider-Woman suit.
But give Anya back her bug-goggles!
I think they give the character so much personality and a potentially iconic look.

You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.
"You're not the better one, Peter. You're just older."

That apartment is almost certainly gone, as if it was tied to a scholarship, she's missed too much school while being off world. Also, the funding for the scholarship and apartment may have gone when Sue and Reed were believed to be dead after Secret Wars.
Anya must be older than 16, she actually had a job before the first Civil War, so she must've been 16 then. That was 14 years ago! She should be 18 or 19 by now.

She turned 16 during Civil War (2006). Carol comes to recruit her while her dad surprised her with a cake.
By the time of Spider-Girl, in 2011, she was still 16, referred as such both during interviews and by Spider-Man in the comic.
Like yeah, she could be at least 18, but since this is comics and you have characters like Franklin Richards who can stay decades having the same age, better get official confirmation. So far the last official confirmation is that she's 16.
