Baki and Yujiro get transported to the My Hero Academia Universe. They are told to be able to become the Strongest they must challenge themselves in another universe. They are each given a Quirk. Baki receives a quirk that allows him to not need to breathe and Yujiro gets a quirk that allows him to strike fear in those who are weaker than him physically. Baki is set on becoming a hero but Yujiro takes on the role of a villain. This is the current My Hero universe.

Yeah, but I would now say make it a quirk, giving him anything else might be a lot given his versatility.

Question: How is Yujiro against getting disintegrated to dust? Because the answer to that is important in regarding how any confrontation between him and current Shigaraki goes. If has none, then challenging Shigaraki results in Yujiro crumbling to dust, possibly before Yujiro gets close to him.

In an arena seeing, I'm not seeing how Shirageki would avoid a blitz unless I'm forgetting some really high end speed feats for him.

Even in the scenario, Yujiro is a level of combined speed and strength that is pretty rare in MHA.

Baki is as well, obviously.

This seems to be a scenario setting, not an arena match.

But in an arena match, current Shigaraki has hyper regeneration, which should let him survive Yujiro's initial strike. And if it throws him to the ground and allows him to touch it... well, we've seen what happened to that building. And the surroundings. And the nearby city.

He had regeneration that allowed him to regrow a lot of skin and muscle, sure. But what if Yujiro literally tears his head off in the first instant of the match?

Having regeneration doesn't automatically mean he can survive having his head ripped off. Or just smashed into a fine mist.

There was that one Nomu that could regenerate from just a head. Shigaraki might've gotten the same type of regen quirk as it had. But we'll have to wait and see.

How well does this power work? Does the fear quirky effect your mind and make you indecisive or afraid to engage? Could the fear quirk cause the victim phsyical symptoms?

If yes to either, I imagine Yujiro could kill anyone in My hero academia outside of All Might, One for All, Gigomanchia, and maybe Miro or Highend. The list of people that could subdue or defeat Yuniro would grow in a scenario, but intel on the Yujiro beforehand would still be paramount.For example, I could see the eletricity quirk guy KO yujiro with an electric attack. Or the mushroom quirk girl blocks bis airway. *Endeavor would win too. Etc
