It just depends on how fast the other guy can react. Lucy can block hundreds of machine gun rounds simultaneously with utter disdain and that was her base 2 meter range and limited to only 4 arms. At the end she has countless more in addition to them reaching out into outer space. If she wanted to she could just swing her arms around in a circle and just chop up everything in her path.
