For instance, Cloud Floats Over The Stream allows her to lower her body mass to such a degree that she can balance perfectly on the fragile petals of a flower.

If it's okay for me to comment, this ability seems very vague. 'Performs feats' can mean just about anything, and 'Impossible' makes it seem even more overpowered.

This hard-knock life has granted her the ability to regain lost stamina and strength during a particularly difficult fight, allowing her to return to peak condition in terms of feeling pain, tiredness, and weakness. However, this has a time limit, and after it wears off all the pain, tiredness, and weakness returns full-force.

Combat Intuition: Fortunately for Selma in the life she'd chosen/was thrust into, she is a natural-born fighter, capable of learning many hand-to-hand combat moves after seeing them performed (or having them performed on her) in a matter of minutes.

There Cthulhu, I'm not ripping off anyone now. Grandpagen made a good point in I need a backstory reason for abilities, but if I try to have her be taught by a teacher you'll claim I'm ripping off Xia and Arx somehow.

Why would I say you're ripping off of someone if, and this is kinda what I was driving at ultimately:

You're in a play by post game where the point is to interact with other players.

So like.

If later on down the line Selma gets to know Xia, or Arx, and develops abilities similar to their fighting style and theme, or their physical characteristics? I wouldn't say a thing.

Because that's the RP working as intended.

Well, just going off of your write-up she's seemingly some manner of fusion between Xia, Kinu, and Arx. Like I said, could well be wrong; but just based on the overall feel of what you're trying to do that's the vibe I'm getting *shrug*.
