The question is, is she smart enough to do this? (admittedly, she's rather stupid)

That is the first obstacle Glory faces.

The second is that she runs out of power quickly. She's powerful and fast in short, sharp bursts ... but if she can't KO Jugs quickly, she'll burn out of power and revert back to Ben.

She burns out at the speed of plot. For instance, when Willow hit her with a bunch of lightning-like mystical energy that was the first time anything ever actually hurt her, it didn't make her revert to Ben. The change to Ben seemed random and started happening more frequently as time went on.
