If you saw it on YouTube then it might have been for a web production, or a TV series, or a scene from a movie that was about something else, or even a teaser for something that never got made.

So because I was bored and have no life I spent a solid hour trying to find this movie, and zilch.

I can definitively tell you that no movie based on the Salem Witch Trials with the description you provided was released between 2010 and 2019, so you likely have the historical era wrong, the movie is older than you realize, or you're suffering from the Mandela Effect of sorts.

Maybe it was a Geico commercial.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Sounds like an episode from Timeless

    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6885528/
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Also other streaming platforms, although I think during that time frame it was Hulu and Netflix only, but there could be some obscure ones.
