Default Top 20 Women POC Magic Users in the Marvel Universe

I'm putting together a sketchbook featuring mystically adept women of color. Women POCs who use mystical talismans or totems, but who are not really spellcasters or anything like that are eligible, too. Honestly, I don't know that there are actually 10, let alone 20 in the entire Marvel Universe. But let's give it a try. Feel free to post images, backstories, etc. If the character happens to be your favorite, or if you'd like to see the character that you name more often, please share your thoughts.

Depends of the definition of POC and magic users/ magic items.

For instance, does the Scarlet Witch count as POC? What about DOOM's mom? Amanda Sefton and her mother Margali Szardos?

Do the Immortal Weapons count as magic users? If that's the case, I remember Bride of Nine Spiders and Tiger's Beautiful Daughter.
    https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Immor...ns_(Earth-616)

What about goddess or character whose powers are given by gods or mythical creatures? There must be some in Agents of Atlas, like White Fox and Io.

Dani Moonstar has been a Valkyrie for some time.
Sapna, a young mutant who absorbed magical knowledge from Limbo

Calypso, a Spider-Man foe who is a voodoo prietess

Faiza Hussain AKA Excalibur, using the famous sword

Nekra has also picked up some voodoo from the Black Talon, IIRC, although being an albino-African-American, she's not exactly what one expects of a 'woman of color.'

I've drawn Scarlet Witch and Amanda Sefton enough over the years, so it's just a matter of pulling one of their old sketches.

As for Doom's mother, isn't she technically dead? It's just her soul that is trapped in one of the many iterations of Hell, right? Or is she free and alive? I don't follow Doom that closely, so do let me know.

As for how I define magic affinity, I'm definitely casting a wide net here. If Faiza Hussain is the present wielder of Excalibur, then yes I'd include her. However, the White Tigers are a little trickier, as I understand that the runes are all now depowered. I'll probably include them anyway, since people gain and lose powers all of the time. Same applies to mystic runes.

If the character has to be alive and powered, Dani doesn't apply.
Sapna may still be dead, although she's a mutant, so who knows?
Not sure about Nina. She may still be alive, in her 90s or in her 100s.

Cynthia von Doom is dead, passed on, joined the choir invisible, etc. Her "resurrection" in Infamous Iron Man was a construct of Mephisto. She was killed by a Latverian soldier when Doom was a child.

Someday Doom is gonna amass a ridiculous amount of arcane power, and storm hell to get her back, and end up stuck and 'have to' start a civil war in hell to take over the place. Doom vs. Mephisto. Nobody really wins a fight like this...

Many thanks to our scholar of scholars on all things Doom.
