Luke Cage never really had an opposite number. He fought some tough guys, but none that's really a counterpart to him.

Hank Pym had a character called Dr. Nemesis that duplicated most of his size-changing abilities, but I don't know if they ever gave Scott Lang an anti-Ant-Man.

Luke Cage had Power Master (John & Cruz Bushmaster who had an enhanced version of Cage serum). John Bushmaster was Cage foe in season 2 of Netflix Luke Cage.

Hank Pym also had Erik Josten (Atlas/Goliath/Power Man/Smuggler) as his evil counterpart for a bit I suppose. Josten pulling double duty as he was originally a evil counterpart of Wonder Man.

I feel like Black Ant was being set up somewhat as a evil counterpart for Lang's Ant-Man as well as being O'Grady's evil doppelganger.

Does Wasp have an evil counterpart?

I feel like Rita Demara (Yellowjacket) and possibly Janice Lincoln (Beetle) could fit the mold.
