Bendis' Star-Lord is the evil counterpart of DnA's Star-Lord!

I mean, Adam Warlock and the Magus is the textbook example.
    Matt Murdock's cooler twin brother

Luke Cage had Power Master (John & Cruz Bushmaster who had an enhanced version of Cage serum). John Bushmaster was Cage foe in season 2 of Netflix Luke Cage.

Hank Pym also had Erik Josten (Atlas/Goliath/Power Man/Smuggler) as his evil counterpart for a bit I suppose. Josten pulling double duty as he was originally a evil counterpart of Wonder Man.

I feel like Black Ant was being set up somewhat as a evil counterpart for Lang's Ant-Man as well as being O'Grady's evil doppelganger.

I feel like Rita Demara (Yellowjacket) and possibly Janice Lincoln (Beetle) could fit the mold.

Top of my head would be Silver Surfer, Pip the Troll, The Thing, Johnny Storm, Jim Hammond, Namor, Toro, Tigra, Kamala Khan, Miles Morales and Iron Fist.

She-Thing I think she was bad? Miles Morales, there is an Evil Miles Morales in 616, associated with the Kingpin. Though he is not a Spider-person.

Iron Fist has the Steel Serpent. Kamala Khan has Stormranger. Miles had his uncle Aaron in the black Iron Spider suit and now his own 616 alternate adult self.
Namor has Llyron. Jim Hammond has both Adam II and the Inhuman Torch.

The minor ones: Silver Surfer has the Black Surfer and the Clay Surfer. Tigra had Cougar.

The Void isn't an evil counterpart. He's more like a split personality.

Maybe by inception. But in practice, "evil counterpart" is pretty apt for how he is used and how he comes across as.
