She's a cool character, next step for her is to put her on a super hero team like the Outsiders, or Titans.

I would like to hear the reasoning for your choices, I'm curious about what your criteria were.

Bumblebee got number one due to her history and having the most outside media (SHG and TT are incredibly popular). She also has the most merchandise out there thanks to Superhero Girls.

Vixen and Katana are kind of tied due to both having an equal amount of exposure though upon thinking about it now, I’d give the edge to Katana thanks to SHG and the amount of merchandise that show has produced.

Amanda Waller is self explanatory. She’s everywhere! Though not being a superhero holds her back.

Jessica Cruz is also getting a lot of love lately. She’s popular and has several outside media appearances and has led her own comic and lately even a team.

Cassandra has the most solo issues of any POC female but she lacks outside media, that’s why she’s lower.

Renee usually pops up in anything Batman related so she’s up there in notoriety.

Ravager has TTGO and Titans under her belt. So she’s up there too

Fire tends to pop up in anything JL related and is probably one of DC’s oldest POC characters. Bea and Karen were probably DC’s first women of color.

Darla just appeared on the big screen and was well received. Also being played by Meagan Good sure helps a lot!

Honorable mentions to Hawkgirl, Thunder, Lightning and Cheshire.
