I could see Mario winning. He's strong enough to smash through brick walls bare handed, and throw bowser.

The ninja turtles are what CBPH? I'm not sure how good Mario's durability would be either.

Mario it depends. 2 d he gets two hits then a goner. 3D Mario has a health bar. And can withstand lava/spikes unlike one hit kill 2dMario.

Mario can pick up and throw a castle, can resist the pull of a blackhole by swimming away from it in space, and is durable enough to survive traveling from planet to planet by being shot out of cannons.

Rise of the TMNT can probably take him through abusing Leonardo's portal abilities. Even without that they are definitely faster than him by quite a margin and have an awful lot of skill and firepower to bring to bear. As this is arena, their stealth abilities aren't actually that useful but if there are shadows, they can effectively vanish into them.

Also, Mikey has that one strength feat of throwing a massive cargo ship using his mystic weapon which is absolutely bananas but it's also wildly beyond everything else in the series so I think it doesn't count.
