    Dr has 4, which can control themselves, are usually I dstryctavle and could speed blitz and ko Inefa Red?

    Red has two fire arm tentacles but he has to use them himself and so forth.

    Yeah I'd lean Ock. If you assume the tentacles can te each other up on a one to one ration, Ock still has two arms left with superior reach. And he regularly fights faster competition.
