All I know about precrisis WW is that she was able to lasso and pull a sun.
All I know about Current Superman is that he is even stronger than NEW 52.

Who wins?

I would say (despite having not read the issue...) that sounds wildly beyond WW's normal high end feats.

Combining post crisis continuity Superman, who is near light in reaction speed, to a guy who benches the weight of earth for days on end spells "bye-bye" for Diana.

The sun lasso was actually on a cover of a WW comic but apparently never happened in the actual story. This was in the days when you'd have a cover with Batman killing Superman with kryptonite or Superman strangling Batman but there was no scene even remotely resembling it in the story.
