    I've forgotten about that. If I remember correctly, some Joe Schmoe took over as Death. So I guess that means the Death that's been around all this time isn't the original but some American dude.

    Replace Jobbertooth with Deadpool. The latter was an actual Avenger. The former was a pet on a leash the Avengers were using for a brief period. lol

    Steve Rogers invited them in person, I don't know. Spider-man and Nova were also part of the team.
