The Quiet Council has had enough and has decided to deal with the anti mutant factions of Marvel 616 once and for all. Purifiers, Orchis, the Sentinels, their government allies, all of them. To catch them off guard though, the Quiet Council will recruit any fictional character or organization for their cause. The task may be done peacefully or with bloodshed.
