I assume you mean that one page in the Catwoman Special. Are Elseworlds supposed to count? Because it seems to me that whatever King writes about Batman/Catwoman has been relegated to Elseworlds status at this point.

Even so, fair enough.

Helena Wayne is elseworld by nature. Even with worlds finest she was an elseworld visitor. So can we even say that she has ever been a main world character.

A lot of characters still haven't been reintroduced since the New 52 reboot.

The ones that come to mind is Argent, Damage (Grant), Red Star, Aquagirl, etc

I don't think I've seen any of the lesser known, Carlton comic characters like Peacemaker and Nightshade, nor many of the Infinity Inc, members, and of course the JSA.

I take it with the Netflix titans show Hawk and Dove have shown up somewhere?

Nightshade was just reintroduced in Priest's Deathstroke but only for one issue. She made panel appearances in Doomsday Clock and Justice League Dark.

As far as I know they were in Doomsday Clock 5 and shown being arrested in TV by the Rocket Red Brigade.
But I would love to see them coming back.
