Default TV shows where characters wore the same clothes over and over

There are some tv shows where it seems like a character wears the same clothes over and over.

In some cases, it's a uniform (like Andy Taylor's sheriff's uniform). In other cases, it's jackets or coats (like Roseanne Connor's purple coat).

What are some of your favorite examples of a character wearing the same or similar clothes repeatedly?

I don't think the Scooby-Doo gang ever changed their clothes once. Either they smelled really bad, or they spent a lot of time naked while their sole outfits were in the laundry.

Most of the cast of M*A*S*H wore similar clothes - mostly military gear but even Hawkeye wore his Hawaiian shirt a lot.

Well the cartoons could just say that they had several outfits that were exactly the same, like Shaggy had like a hundred of those green shirts and such...

The Simpsons have made fun of that trope quite a few times.

So has Candace, on Phineas & Ferb.

Boss Hogg comes to mind for some reason. Columbo always had that rumpled trenchcoat on.

But in real life people wear uniforms and overcoats all the time.

    That is a great one!

    On topic,
Patrick Jane On The Mentalist was stuck in time at the death of his family.

All the hosts of Blue’s Clues have a signature outfit.

Mr. Roarke and Tattoo dressed the same pretty much all the time.

Googling the subject just now, I read that all the main characters on Bonanza wore the same outfits from s3 on, so the show could use stock footage and save money.
Knight Rider was able to use stock footage the same way, due to Michael always wearing dark jeans, leather jacket, polo shirt (of different colors).

John Constantine from his cancelled show to Legends of Tomorrow.

Monk, w. the in universe reasoning of his OCD.

    And, a picture’s worth a thousand words...:

Lone Ranger and Tonto, altough arguably those were their permanant hero uniforms.
    He would wear disguises.

    Jeannie

Filmation Billy Batson and Mentor, and I believe Andrea Thomaz ( although have to check). And I don't mean their Superhero uniforms. As their civilian IDs
This allowed for budget re-use stock footage for all transforms.
    Filmation Live Action Ghostbusters

Similarly I think most of the 70s sat morning Krofft live action characters.
Land of the Lost, Sigmund, Johnny and Scott, Wonderbug cast, etc...

Although they do change, the civilian Power Rangers always reference their correct color scheme.

    Gilligan and the Skipper, definitely.
The Professor had maybe 2-3 (white shirt, blue shirt, always khakis).
The Howells and the girls had an endless supply of outfits. More than they should have had for a 3 hour tour. The amount of outfits stretched credulity more than coconut radios.

In the military group would also be F Troop and Hogan's Heroes. Also the Native Americans in F Troop, and Wrangler Jane (though she would play dress up a lot).

^^^Land of The Lost was explainable in universe, as it was the only clothes they had.
Harder to explain would be how they weren’t wearing rags within a year.

And why they never used their knives to stab the damn sleestaks whenever they got attacked.
