I'd be amenable. I like less of the almost-all-black look he sometimes has. That one at least had a decent amount of blue. Not that is now is the most black it's been. Don't need a bunch of bright colors for, but sometimes they go too far the other way. Really don't like the shiny look, though.

I never liked the George Perez design, but I think once other artists got rid of the extraneous decorations and kept it to the basic elements, then it served with distinction. But it was never disco.
I actually didn't dislike the costume the way I thought I would from the way it was derided in fandom. When I read those issues a few years ago, the costume was not at all distracting. Actually, I feel like later depictions gave it a much bigger collar, deeper vee, etc. than it had in the beginning (though it did have a vee and big collar, don't get me wrong). Anyway, it was better than the interim one he had right before his regular series. I agree the first one wasn't disco, though. Still don't want it back.

I kinda like this suit from the flashback to Jason Todd's early days as Robin, from Red Hood and the Outlaws # 6. A modernized version of one of the early Nightwing suits, and one of the few New 52 updates to classic costumes that IMO actually looked good.

No. That outfit should be preserved and displayed.

Nightwing's current costume is one of the best hero outfits in comics. It's perfect. No need to change it.

umm.... That's not a mullet. That's just shoulder length hair.

Also this outfit has a weird mini-cape that doesn't even reach his waist.

I love the Discowing suit but even I have to admit it would look out if the place in modern comics, especially if he's standing beside other capes in their modern costumes

I'd love to see it around.
