Lol, I hear about that for the first time, seemingly forgot about that. But probably it happened during Morrison's run, while Dick was Batman.
By the way, Bruce made it possible for all four to inherit the company and his entire fortune, as it became known recently. They're all his heirs.
Yea it was revealed that Dick, Tim, Damian and Jason

jason wasn't one of the heirs at the time cass maybe jason was still dead
When Tim was off in the Middle East...
I wish Cass was still Bruce's daughter
"As Dick and Damian go through various events together, such as against the Black Mask, the Blackest Night and a rogue Batman clone-corpse, the two bond even more, prompting Talia to give over control of the monitor to Deathstroke who tries to use it to kill Dick. Working together, Dick and Damian manage to stop Deathstroke. As Dick cares little for the financial problems of Wayne Enterprises, despite inheriting it from Bruce along with Tim, Damian decides to involve himself and manages to impress the board of directors. While he does not file a lawsuit against Dick, due to Grayson not being named the heir of Wayne Enterprises, but rather a high-ranking member, he does against Tim, who was named the heir to Wayne Enterprises.[43]"
This is the article from Wikipedia. On Wikipedia, source number 43 is Batman & Robin vol. 3 #10 (March 2010)
This is page from Batman & Robin vol. 3 #10 (March 2010) about Damian in WE boardroom.
So yeah. I'm as lost as you about on what issue Damian sued Tim for the control of Wayne Enterprises. Anyone knows?
By the way, Damian looks so old on this panel

sorry, forgot to apply this panel. Damian's stunt on boardroom was mentioned, but there's no mention of him sued Tim. And it's impossible that Damian sued Tim on that meeting because he said they're had to agree with him, but Tim is still CEO on Red Robin.
Red Robin was the title that contained that Tim as Heir. Non of the batman titles mention that nor was he ever shown to have anything to do with WE in the Batman books. Dick was the one named in the Batman books. Dick was the one that the JL contacted when the Hush saga started.
I just ignore Red Robin since just like the whole Tim figured out that Bruce wasn't really dead, it's version of the story is greatly contradicted by the Batman titles. Those titles show how Dick and Alfred figured out that Bruce was still alive due to the fake corpse. They found the clues that Bruce left for them from back in time.
I ignore the Red Robin narrative because it just raises questions when read alongside the story in the various Batman titles.
