Congratulations to WestPhillyPunisher for a marvelous cover which conveys a nostalgic retro event with modern trapping. Plus the jokes in the text are great as well. And the heroines are rite purdy also.
Wheels and the peak of the week where the captain explains what he's learned from this contest. There are so many vehicles on display here that man has developed and used. Some have become symbolic while others have been repurposed for a new generation. Most of our comics take place in the world we live in. But even with the ones we don't live on, the wheel and axle are one of the seven simple machines and may probably exist in other civilizations as well. Yes, I'm stretching here, thank you for noticing. Anyway, between skates, scooters, bikes, and the Flintstones car which is legen... (wait for it) By the way, was there ever a cover with the Gilligan's Island car? This is your homework, kids.
Thanks go to Tami and Scott Taylor for their much appreciated votes. With current ACAB feelings and graffitti (on the Broadway subway stop on Boston's red line anyway), the easy acceptance of Betty's billyclub speaks to the times. Please forgive the SJW turn on my part.
...dary!
