Round 2:Everyone has standard gear. *Matt has his DD suit.

Matt wins if this is end of s3 Matt. Matt obviously gets owned if he's from the beginning of the season.

Bullseye... maybe, it depends what he can scavenge in the building, because he can perforate Joker with a few pencils or nails or screws.

Kingpin is closest: he's stronger and tougher, but probably not as fast or skilled, and Joker is no slouch, so he can likely win by attrition.

Add gear and Matt wins instantly, Bullseye moments after, Kingpin really doesn't change much.

Which version of Joker, since they can range from just some normal guy who has surprisingly fast reflexes (Joaquin Phoenix Joker) to a guy fast enough that comic Batman finds it impressive and he can land sucker punches on Ra's Al Ghul, while also having enough soak that he can laugh through a prolonged beating from Batman?

To say nothing of the relatively normal (albeit potentially very fit) teenager who can become a superhuman thief that can utilize very powerful summon magic in Persona 5/Q2, in an alternate dimension (which he should be able to use in the real world as well, if he can get into the right frame of perception) or the reality warpers from Persona 2: Innocent Sin/Eternal Punishment.
