    Wink Prophet, Volume 1: Remission

    Hi guys,

I just finished reading the first trade paperback, Remission, collecting Prophet #21-26.
I have to say it's amazingly beautiful. The art, the story, everything.
I know this came out in 2012, but I never had the chance to read it.

Any other Prophet fans out there who want to share their thoughts on this first volume?

Brandon Graham and company have put together quite a maddening trip. Some of the concepts, like the scene you've displayed, really make this quite the mind bang. So far, the first trade has been my favorite, but I'm eagerly waiting the next. It's one of those books that you just have no damn clue what's going to happen next.

Some of the most original sci fi work ive ever seen. Truly inspired. This comic is just flat out amazing. The vague storytelling method is impressive and leaves the reader to use their brains on what they are seeing. Hard scifi done to perfection with no comparisons on the market.

One of the best comics I've read in a long time.

You should read The Wrenchies since you like Farel's work. It Will All Hurt can be read for free on Study Group's site.

Just to add on the Dalrymple train: Pop Gun War is being continued very soon in the upcoming fourth issue of Island Magazine (also Image).

As for Prophet, the long-awaited Earth War storyline meant to wrap up the entire series will begin releasing in January!
