TBH just by making it an timed or whatever exclusive takes a lot of shine of Tomb Raider's status as an AAA game franchise, not sure if it was true or not that despite selling millions the last game actually lost money.

I don't see how being an exclusive hurts Tomb Raider's rep. Resident Evil 4 was an exclusive, before deciding to go multi-platform, and it's still the most praised game in the series.

good point there, still have yet to play that but ive never been a big RE fan

At the time RE4 come out people were over RE (games at least, those crap movies seem to have a life of their own), it was only because RE4 changed the formula up and was in general a great game that it kick started RE again.

That list got pretty strange when it came to Mortal Kombat. Few fighting games have been as clear about the results of the previous game as MK has always been.

Complaining about the video game industry has become an industry in itself. I say we burn everything down, except Nintendo. Nintendo and DC will merge and become one super being!
