I have just seen this list:

I DONT understand the list:
1. Is strength here measured by how much they can lift?
2. If not, THEY MUST!!! put Zatanna,Dr. Fate,Raven in this list
3. Why NO Captain Atom?
Captain Atom is sometimes ranked as Nr.2 (only behind Clark)
4. Power Girl AND Supergirl, but NO Miss Martian?
5. Donna Troy in front of Conner Kent?
She has Lasso and fighting skills-Conner has TTK and heat vision (Donna got killed by heat vision, so he would just have to freeze her on ground and kill her with heat vision)

I agree about Captain Atom and Dr. Fate.
And I don't know why Supergirl is ranked so low either.

I highly doubt that she could defeat Lobo for example and given her weakness to magic also Mary Marvel...
Conner instead is strange, because he is behind Ultra Boy and Donna Troy....

The list seems generally reasonable, but Martian Manhunter may be stronger than Shazam, depending on how you define "strong". I'd put my money on J'onn in a fight.

The list makes sense to me, it does say the strongest, not the most powerful, which explains why the Spectre is the only magical being on the list, and why there is no Captain Atom or Green Lanterns.

As for Captain Atom...well, it all sort of depends how strong he is. Mostly, he's a lower level member of the upper tier---in the pre-Flashpoint stuff at least, I have no idea what he's done since. But again, for ranking purposes, he got smacked around by yes, PG again, (the other heroes are no doubt reconsidering being her friend, especially the other members of the Generation Lost team who also got smacked around by mind controlled PG in that fight), to the commentary of how Captain Atom can't even use his top level powers without killing everyone else who isn't invulnerable around. Which is a problem for him. I think in the end though, he's more known for the shiny FX powers more than Superman level strength.
