    Isn't Aragorn's sword like magical or something? I would think that would easily cut through Jeeper.

    No idea about the novel, but I read the major players are blatantly at least demi-gods or something.

    Book Aragorn is pretty much Captain America with a magic sword that’ll chop the Creeper just fine, issue is reflexes as Crepee has those throwing blades. Movie Aragorn swayed a thrown knife at him. Do Novel could too?
