Could it be Marvel taking advantage of the messed up state DC is in and seeing books that don't star Batman-actually selling and not just from Marvel but other companies. So they are putting stuff out.

King in Black isn't delayed, the cancellations were likely because the planned arcs between Empyre and King in Black were now too long to fill the gap, so the books were suspended instead.

Considering that most of those are minis, I'd say is less about undoing the cancellations, and more about giving a chance to the writers to finish the stories they couldn't in the other books. Black Cat is the only one who seems to have come back from cancellation in an ongoing capacity again.

I'm here for when Spider-Man finds out from Knull that Knull's symbiotes were on Earth long before Spider-Man came back from the original Battleworld with a slick new black suit. I'm betting he'll have words with Eddie/Venom after that about having his sense of guilt/responsibility played on like that back in Absolute Carnage . . . although if Knull tries to tear out the symbiote codices still inside him . . .
