I was thinking since Marvel is making a new UK team, why can't they make an Avengers team out of members of Alpha Flight, The Union,Excalibur, and other X- teams along with Marvel UK?

Beware of spies traveling through your multiverse especially if they wear a 4
We've already got 'Avengers World' or whatever its called existing...at least its appeared in one book led by Blue Marvel. Would be nice if they expanded on that...especially because it wasn't just "The MCU Avengers + 1 or 2 extra"
Why don't they just use the teams like Alpha Flight, Winter Guard, and Excaliber as they are? They don't need to be lumped into yet another Avengers team.
The world needs to band together to keep Americans out.
So you wanted a Team made from a member of different Superhero groups, a UN for Superheroes basically?

Avengers International? Sounds good, I want it... as long as it is written by Keith Giffen, and Guy Gardner somehow shows up.
I built this UN sponsored Avengers team back in May 2019 at another site. Pls excuse the typos and run on sentences, as there’s a 15 minute time limit on post editing there. Still, i think it fits the OP make a team using members from other teams idea.

I wouldn't really call Avengers World an official team, since it was really just a bunch of randoms that assembled to deal with a one-time threat during Avengers: No Road Home. Blue Marvel, America Chavez, Living Lightning, Wasp, Pod-2, Bill the Lobster and a few others were depicted. When you consider all of the international superheroes in the MU, it's too bad that we didn't see a much larger coalition of members. A team like this could easily have 20+ members. We're talking old school Legion of Superheroes roster size and diversity.
You had me at Bill the Lobster.
And your last statement reminds me, someone when I first got here, in one of the many team builders floating around, came up w. an international team just like you suggested; LoSH large in numbers, w. satellites over various continents, and a lot of drama and plotting back and forth between the various governments (and some of the heroes) as they all tried to function together and save the world.
It was a REALLY GREAT idea that read like the pitch for a book I’d def. get!
