what's a "micronaut?" mickey mouse won't let me read any x-men crossover fanfics!
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
In a lot of cases, it's simply a character being wrong. If I walked up to you and called you Tom and your name was actually Jeff, it doesn't mean I've changed your name. It just means I was wrong.
The Spellbinder one is a bit harder, as it's a narrator saying that rather than any specific character. We can No-Prize it away as her very briefly trying a different codename and soon after deciding she didn't like it and switching back. Therefore, her name WAS Spellbinder ... in maybe two of the files Xavier has on his computer and only for a day and a half.
Wanda's new name is Scaret Witch.

I think in Wanda's case, it was just sloppy (or poor) spelling, leaving out the "l".
Madrox may have initially had "Duplicate Man" follow his name, such as in Madrox the Duplicate Man. Dunno....
Dani's case may have been a case where they were going to change her name---and did such in that issue---only to realize later that it made no sense for her. Again, not the smartest of people making these decisions, lol.
No..not canon...just a mistake the writer made.
Before social media Heroes made constant mistakes. And some did it to be dicks.
Sometimes the writers just forget what characters' names even are. Spider-Man was called Peter Palmer in an early issue, and Hulk was called Bob Banner instead of Bruce - which they handwaved as his real name being Robert Bruce Banner (which makes you wonder why he's David Banner in the TV series - they thought Bruce sounded too gay, but what was wrong with Robert?).

The one and only time I think that Jean Grey was called Marvel Woman
Jean at that point had no codename at all. Likely the reason Marvel Woman didn't stick is because someone pointed out she was just Jean Grey in the cartoon, even in the roll call title sequence.

Peter Parker turned into Peter Palmer for a whole issue, then back again.
