Given the reception to 5G and the clear sign DC wanted to Miles Morales Luke into the Batman role, it's not surprising they've elected to seperate it into a mini and not time jump like they clearly planned. It's best like Spidey to just have two different takes on Batman anyway.

Dude, the vast majority of the Fan Dome experience IS Batman. At least he has gotten and still is getting video games and tons of comics. And the main Bruce probably isn't being replaced, Ridley's thing is probably another reality.

It’s crazy to see DC basically take over Twitter. They have the vast majority of trending topics (Flash, Black Adam, Wonder Woman, Gotham Knights, Suicide Squad, Batman, Justice League, Snyder Cut...etc) all trending. He’ll even Static Shock is trending

Didn't Jim say couple days ago when Ridleys book was first announced. It's a mini, main universe. So It's probably his 5G reworked to fit 4-6 issues with room to grow if it does well past the first issue.
