Wellllllllll, I mean, if we take the time Wally was so fast that Pre Crisis Superman was effect9vely frozen, I imagine he is Planck level speed.

I don't think thats a very valid feat given PC PC Superman's speed showings. More of a case of the writer ignoring a character's abilities

And going by that sort of scaling, OG Zoom would be faster still

Umm...that's not what happened .there cant be a fusion when one person is explicitly replaced by the other. Shayne took the place of J'onn in the prison, how can he have fused with him?

Ah, I misremembered my apologies. I would spoilers but apparently we're just freeballing it here, I thought Shayne gave J'onn his body so he could escape Luthor and their minds switched places. It was a psychic jail after all.
